Our cabins face the morning sun and are positioned in a line along the resort. They are tucked into the surrounding trees and flax. Enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee while sitting on your private verandah and listening to the bellbirds sing.
Each cabin sleeps a maximum of two people with the choice of having 1x Double bed or 2x Single beds.
These cozy Kiwiana style cabins come equipped with:
The shared bathroom, showers and kitchen facilities are a short walk from the cabin.
Our resort has both Powered and Non-powered van sites to choose from. Our camping guests enjoy the use of our shared park facilities, including access to bathrooms, hot showers, self catering kitchen, laundry, TV lounge, DVD player, WIFI, outdoor seating, fresh water fill and dumping station. The campervan sites are on crushed stone and oyster shell to improve drainage in this rainforest environment.
There are numerous grass areas around the park available to pitch a small or large tent in the shelter of trees and flax. You can camp near a picnic table and watch the Tui and Woodpigeon fly amongst the native plants. Tenters also have full access to camp facilities and electricity if needed.
If you are a backpacker on a budget there is a dorm room available. We provide bottom sheets and pillows, all you need is your own sleeping bag/blanket, and towel. The dorm room is attached to the common lounge, with access to the TV, DVD player and travel information. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are in the building next door. This dorm room is in high demand and not always available. Call us on 03 415 8338 for any questions.
