A valid VISA, MASTERCARD or debit card guarantees your booking. Full payment is due at the time of booking. A credit card fee of 2.5% applies to all credit card and credit debit card payments. Alternately, direct bank deposit is available. Add a note in the "Guest Comments" if you wish to use this form of payment;

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to [email protected]. If plans change and you need to alter or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure maximum possible flexibility.

We offer a 100% refund of your paid full booking in the first 24 hours of the booking,
70% of your paid full booking refunded outside of 30 days prior to arrival,
50% of your paid full booking refunded inside 30 days prior to arrival,
0% of your paid full booking will be refunded within 7 days prior to arrival.
Third party bookings (booking.com, expedia, air bnb, etc), please cancel directly with them, cancellation policy may vary, which would apply if you have made your initial booking through them. Booking directly with us ensures maximum booking flexibility in cancellation circumstances.

HOW DO I CHECK IN? We encourage contactless check in at the current time. Your 'named' welcome pack will be waiting for you on the table outside of the main reception house as you drive onto Rewcastle Road. Please notify us in advance if you will be arriving later than our reception hours, as we may put your welcome pack at the "After Hours Kiosk" located at the interior entrance to the holiday park to collect your welcome pack. (See image below.) Reception is Open 3pm - 6pm.

Cancellation will not be accepted due to the restaurant not being available. There are some cafes, restaurants and takeaways available in Owaka, Kaka Point, Balclutha (Please contact directly to see their limited days and hours of operation in advance). There is a Four Square Market in Owaka, On the Spot in Tokonui, Supermarket in Balclutha and Invercargill.

Check Out is 10am: Please turn off lights and heaters, close and lock doors. Please drop room key at first house at Park Entrance. There is a secured drop box there. A $40 key replacement fee will be charged for missing keys. Additional cleaning charge applies if excessive housekeeping is required. Leave your unit in a tidy fashion, including dishes cleaned and put away.
A $25 per dog room cleaning fee applies to all units that have had dogs staying in them or have been inside them at any time. We use special cleaning products and cleaning equipment on these rooms.
